/nock refresh settings

Use to refresh the database schema saved

/nock refresh settings

What it does

/nock refresh settings scans all Notion databases your integration can access, reads their property schemas, and stores the result in a Settings/Database page in your Notion workspace.

This stored schema is what the CRM agent uses to:

  • Discover which databases exist
  • Understand what fields each database has
  • Create and update records with the correct properties and options

The schema is cached for 5 minutes during active sessions.

When to run it

Run /nock refresh settings:

  • When you first connect a Notion workspace
  • After adding new Notion databases
  • After renaming existing databases
  • After changing properties or options on existing databases (e.g. adding a new select option, renaming a property, changing a status field)

If the CRM agent seems unaware of a new/changed field or database, refresh the settings.

What gets stored

For each database, the following information is stored in Notion under Settings/Database:

  • Database metadata

What it does

/nock refresh settings scans all Notion databases your integration has access to, reads their property schemas, and stores the result in a Settings/Database page in your Notion workspace.

This stored schema is what the CRM agent uses to:

  • Discover which databases exist
  • Understand what properties (fields) each database has
  • Know valid options for select and status properties

With this information, the agent can reliably create and update records in the correct databases with the correct fields.
